• Company match: Employer may match up to 50% of the first 6% of the employee annual contribution in employer stock.
• Waiting period: To be eligible for the employer match, employees must be an active employee on the last day of the plan year. And subject to the following vesting criteria:

ESPP is a Euronet plan that features a quarterly offering.
• You will be able to participate on the 1st day of the quarter following 90 days of employment.
• Euronet allows you to purchase its common stock at a 15% discount. The discount will be applied to the fair market value of the stock on the first day of the offering period or the purchase date, whichever is lower.
• Your election will continue each quarter unless you change your quarterly election or opt-out of the program by electing a $0.00 contribution.
